Homes & Real Estate
Ranch-style homes built by Trilacon, a distinguished constructor, are situated on a hillside near protected green space owned by the town and available for purchase by single families. There are five different floor plans to choose from, all with first-floor master suites. Two- and three-bedroom houses range in size from 1,232 to 1,996 square feet and have a 2- or 3-car attached garage as well as guest parking. It's possible in some versions to add a second story with a bedroom, bathroom or loft, and to turn the library into an extra bedroom. Four-season rooms and covered patios are standard features on most models. Energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment are standard in evergreen homes. Oak-finished flooring can be found throughout the house, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and foyer.
Lifestyle
Multiple annual events keep residents involved in the neighborhood. For example, there are numerous summer picnics, holiday dinners, and Beautification Days in which volunteers from the community work together to improve the grounds before enjoying refreshments. Throughout the year, ladies' luncheons and dinner parties are also arranged for fun and networking opportunities.
